Production requirements, clarified together

Text & files

We organize production files and revisions based on product information and label text provided by the customer.

Dimensions & placement

We review actual measurements, placement and the protection of existing markings.

Materials & printing

Materials, background, printing, finishing and supply format are discussed with the production partner.

Quantity & timing

We check quantities for each label design, sample requirements and preferred delivery dates before advising on quotations and production conditions.

From inquiry to production preparation

  1. Inquiry & information review
  2. Text & specifications
  3. File & quotation review
  4. Customer approval
  5. Production & delivery preparation

Production does not proceed while text or specifications remain unconfirmed. Changes to specifications or quantities require the quotation and schedule to be reviewed.

A quotation based on your production requirements.

Price, minimum order quantity and production time are advised individually after reviewing label types, dimensions, materials, printing requirements and quantities for each design. The quotation also identifies whether samples, file preparation and shipping are included.

Production & supply scope

The customer confirms the accuracy of product information and the rights to use the supplied text and materials. Printing and finishing are carried out by specialist production partners. ÉDIT K coordinates production requirements and revisions between the customer and production partner.

Label production and supply are separate from label application. Regulatory compliance review, certification and export agency services are not included in this service description.

Inquire About Label Production

Please share product names, quantities for each label design and preferred timing. You can inquire with the information currently available even if the text or dimensions are not yet finalized.

Label production FAQ

For ÉDIT K, ‘EDIT’ means viewing product potential and brand value in the context of a market. We bring product review, channel requirements and commercial conditions into the same conversation, then define the next step together.

Items to clarify vary with the product, market and agreed scope. A sample review does not confirm a purchase.

Start with clear roles and terms.

Knowing who can confirm information and approve conditions matters as much as understanding the product. Verified information and agreed scope guide our collaboration.

  1. 01

Identify who can confirm product information, content usage rights and sales rights. Check whether information is current and what needs clarification.
